Job summary

Kubermatic is seeking a HubSpot Administrator in the United States to own the HubSpot CRM, marketing and sales hubs, and related automations. You will design and maintain pipelines, forms, and integrations, and ensure data quality and attribution across the GTM stack.

The role emphasizes building AI-assisted workflows and data-driven dashboards, driving revenue processes, lead routing, and reliable reporting for growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM) and building automations with Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, data quality, and database hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration: properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, forms, integrations, and user permissions.
• Build and maintain GTM automations, AI-assisted workflows, and data integrations between HubSpot and other tools.
• Define revenue processes, lead routing, tracking, and reporting to ensure data quality and attribution.
