Job summary

Dandy is hiring a Business Systems Lead to own Salesforce and the broader GTM stack for Europe, driving system changes and process enhancements to accelerate pipeline and quotes. You’ll work with Revenue Operations and GTM teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions while maintaining data integrity and governance.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, end-to-end ownership, and strong communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations or RevOps Systems roles.
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; design, build and maintain complex config.
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack connected to the CRM.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes: lead management, routing, opportunities, quoting, approvals, forecasting.
• Track record of owning systems end-to-end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company.
• AI fluency: using AI tools day-to-day and vision for GTM workflows.
• Experience building AI-powered automations, agents or workflows is a plus.
• Strong judgement and the ability to push back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English with global, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, turning business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack to improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote-to-contract speed.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, separating system issues from process/training issues, and push back when priority is misaligned.
• Keep Salesforce org healthy as we scale by reducing technical debt and strengthening data quality and access controls.
• Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows and help build AI-powered automation that reduces manual work.
• Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards.
• Support Dandy’s global expansion as we launch new markets.
• Own delivery end to end for your region from build through testing, release and post-launch follow-through.
