Job summary

Vocca seeks a growth-minded RevOps professional to own end-to-end GTM infrastructure in a fast-scaling SaaS healthcare startup. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Data to optimize lead gen, enrichment, routing and analytics. Expect quarterly milestones and close collaboration with founders.

Based in Paris with a hybrid rhythm, you will drive data-driven decisions, build scalable workflows, and help triple the outbound effectiveness while pushing ARR toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps in a SaaS/startup that scaled.
• Fluent in French with professional English proficiency.
• Strong with tools and wants to build from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GTM infrastructure across Sales, Marketing and Data.
• Own outbound stack, integrations, data flows and automation.
• Build ICP scoring models and qualification criteria.
• Monitor data quality and dashboard metrics for pipeline health.
