Job summary

Sent is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and build the systems powering our go-to-market motion. You’ll bridge sales, marketing, and customer success, turning repetitive work into automated workflows and giving the team leverage to focus on selling.

This high-ownership, early-stage role requires prior RevOps, GTM engineering, or related experience, plus comfort with APIs, scripting, and tooling at a fast-growing startup. NYC on-site preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM engineering, or a similar technical GTM role, ideally at a startup.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and GTM tooling (enrichment, sequencing, marketing automation).
• Ability to document processes clearly and work with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting.
• Based in NYC and available for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated GTM workflows across prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, outbound sequencing, and handoffs from marketing to sales.
• Own our GTM tech stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, and marketing automation tools, including integrations and vendor evaluation.
• Prototype and ship internal tools and AI-powered workflows to save time for AEs and SDRs.
• Design and document GTM processes such as lead lifecycle stages and renewal workflows.
• Keep CRM data clean and dashboards accurate for leadership visibility.
