Job summary

Netic is building the next generation GTM platform powering go-to-market workflows for essential services. As the first dedicated GTM engineer, you will decide how Salesforce, billing, product data and the data warehouse fit together and set the technical direction.

You'll own end-to-end ownership, hire and mentor engineers, and apply an AI-first approach to automation and data quality across the revenue stack. This is a senior, high-ownership role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience, including senior ownership of production systems.
• Track record designing systems end-to-end and leading projects from scoping to release with little oversight.
• Strong skills in Python or TypeScript, plus SQL.
• Deep experience integrating with Salesforce (REST/Bulk APIs, Apex, Flows or platform events) or similar business systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), event-driven pipelines and workflow orchestration.
• Owner's mindset and care for data correctness, plus the ability to turn vague problems from non-technical stakeholders into shipped solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the GTM stack: how Salesforce, billing and finance systems, product data and the data warehouse connect, so a deal flows from first touch to invoice without manual re-entry.
• Set the technical roadmap with Sales Ops, Deal Desk and the GTM Data Analyst, and decide what to build, buy or retire.
• Automate sales ops workflows end to end: lead and account routing, territory assignment, approval flows, quote-to-cash and commission inputs.
• Build internal tools and AI agents that remove manual work for reps and ops, such as account research, call prep, data enrichment and Salesforce hygiene.
• Own the reliability, observability and correctness of GTM data pipelines, with monitoring that catches a broken sync or a wrong dashboard before a user does.
• Set engineering standards for the GTM stack: version control, testing, CI/CD and documentation for Salesforce and the services around it.
• Help hire and mentor the engineers who join the team.
