Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the systems and data foundation for our go-to-market organization. You will design and ship Clay-native workflows, manage HubSpot and our marketing automation tools, and own the AWS co-sell pipeline integration with Clazar.

Working with Sales, Growth, and Partnerships leadership, you will translate GTM strategy into scalable, automated systems that operate reliably in production, shipping v1s quickly, and iterating based on real GTM performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in high-growth B2B environments.
• Hands-on HubSpot workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Clay experience: scoring, routing, orchestration.
• Experience with sales/marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesloft, Outreach, 6sense).
• Knowledge of data analysis/visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, SQL).
• Builder mindset — shipping systems and automations.
• Ability to translate GTM needs into scalable solutions.
• Comfort operating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to CPQ tooling and PLG motions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship HubSpot-based GTM systems across our growing stack.
• Create Clay-native automations for real-time GTM data.
• Maintain AWS co-sell pipeline integration with HubSpot (Clazar).
• Design automated GTM workflows: routing, ownership, enrichment.
• Build cross-system workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Avoma, Crossbeam, Clazar.
• Ensure reporting comes from clean data and workflows.
• Prototype quickly, ship v1 systems, and iterate based on GTM performance.
• Evaluate new GTM tools and integrations as we expand our AI-native revenue ops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Growth leaders to translate GTM priorities into tech.
• Build guardrails, QA, and self-healing workflows for data quality.
