Job summary

Twelve Labs is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to own the data foundation for our go-to-market organization. You will design and ship Clay-native workflows, manage HubSpot and marketing automation tools, and build the AWS co-sell pipeline integration to support revenue operations.

Ideal candidates combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning GTM signals into automated, production-ready systems that scale across sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems in high-growth B2B environments.
• Strong HubSpot expertise with workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Deep Clay experience beyond enrichment (scoring, routing, orchestration).
• Experience with sales engagement/marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesloft, Outreach, or 6sense.
• Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, SQL).
• Builder mindset—shipping systems, automating manual work, iterating quickly.
• Ability to translate complex GTM requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship HubSpot-based GTM systems and data structures.
• Create Clay-native automations that enrich, score, route, and orchestrate GTM data in real time.
• Own and maintain AWS co-sell pipeline integration (Clazar) and ensure partner opportunities sync with HubSpot.
• Develop automated GTM workflows for routing, lifecycle management, ownership, enrichment, and attribution.
• Build reliable multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Avoma, Crossbeam, and Clazar.
• Ensure reporting is a byproduct of clean workflows and data flows.
