TwelveLabs in San Francisco is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to own and build the systems and data foundation for our go-to-market organization. You will design and ship Clay-native workflows, manage HubSpot and marketing automation, and build automations that scale revenue across sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building GTM systems or revenue infrastructure in a high-growth B2B environment.
• Strong technical expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, data models and integrations.
• Deep, practical experience with Clay beyond basic enrichment (scoring, routing, orchestration).
• Experience with sales engagement and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesloft, Outreach, or 6sense.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship HubSpot-based GTM systems and integrations across our growing stack.
• Build and own Clay-native automations to enrich, score, and route GTM data in real time.
• Own and maintain the AWS co-sell pipeline integration (Clazar) for HubSpot.
• Design automation that replaces manual GTM work, including routing and lifecycle management.
• Create multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Avoma, Crossbeam, Clazar in production.
• Ensure reporting is a byproduct of clean workflows and data flows.
• Prototype quickly, ship v1 systems, and iterate based on GTM performance.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM tools and integrations as we scale AI-native revenue ops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth leadership to translate GTM priorities into tech solutions.
• Build guardrails, QA processes, and self-healing workflows to maintain data quality at scale.
