Job summary
Anthropic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to shape how Salesforce supports GTM motions across leads, opportunities, renewals, and partnerships. You will translate business needs into scalable data models and declarative solutions, partnering with RevOps and Salesforce developers to ship impactful changes.
Your work will span lifecycle design, routing, ownership, and reporting, ensuring trusted forecast and pipeline visibility for sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in GTM/Revenue systems roles in complex orgs.
- Hands-on Salesforce skills with declarative capabilities.
- Credibility with GTM stakeholders in pipeline/forecast reviews.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of your core funnel domain in Salesforce: lifecycle stages, process, exit criteria, and data guardrails.
- Partner with GTM leadership to align motion and data insight; make tradeoffs on data entry vs. insight.
- Systematize GTM team structure with RevOps: ownership, routing, coverage, splits, and territory.
- Turn frameworks into fields, validation, scoring, and in-context guidance used by the team.
- Be data-model steward for domains and integrative touchpoints; approve new fields and automations.
- Build and ship declarative solutions independently when appropriate; write clear specs for developers.
- Ensure end-to-end coherence across leads, opportunities, quote-to-cash, renewal, and partner attribution.
- Evaluate tools for motion acceleration: routing, activity capture, sequencing, deal inspection, account planning.
- Lead discovery, UAT, enablement, and adoption measurement for all shipped work.
