Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the GTM team to partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will own Salesforce architecture across the GTM funnel and act as the systems SME for the business domains you support.

This role involves governing a multi‑instance Salesforce environment, guiding AI‑driven GTM initiatives, and shaping the quote‑to‑cash build for pre‑IPO readiness while collaborating with GTM, R&D and IT to deliver durable,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis or consulting experience, plus 4+ years with Salesforce in admin or development
• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent work experience
• Deep understanding of go-to-market processes and how systems support Marketing, BDR, Sales, CS/Onboarding
• Hands-on Salesforce: custom fields/objects, roles, profiles, permission sets, Flow/Process Builder, Data Loader
• Ability to translate vague problems into scoped, well-designed solutions
• Proven track record of architecture decisions under ambiguity
• Experience delivering end-to-end feature and system implementations: discovery through training
• Experience in Agile, thriving in a fast-growth environment with multiple projects
• Strong logic, analytics, and communication; Excel proficiency
• Nice-to-have: Salesforce Administrator cert, Trailhead, Salesforce ecosystems with 100+ users, experience in high-growth SaaS/PLG environments

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture and GTM processes across the funnel
• Be the systems SME for your domain and lead backlog grooming and roadmap sessions
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and Operations to optimize renewal processes and opportunity pages
• Make and defend architecture calls on platform events vs custom objects and data synchronization
• Contribute to AI-driven GTM builds and define solutions beyond configuration
• Support design, build, testing, rollout, and maintenance of quote-to-cash infrastructure for pre-IPO activities
• Own Salesforce initiatives and end-user support, including SFDC automation, user management, and data handling
• Implement/integrate Salesforce tools (Chili Piper, Ironclad, Gong) and document best practices
