Job summary

Topline Pro is hiring a Senior RevOps Systems Manager to oversee HubSpot administration and the end-to-end GTM stack. You will own platform architecture, data integrity, and reporting while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CX to drive scalable, high-impact outcomes.

You will lead tool evaluations, identify gaps, and implement processes that scale with growth. This role requires ownership, strong communication, and a bias for action in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a systems administration or GTM ops role.
• Deep admin-level HubSpot expertise; HubSpot certifications preferred.
• Track record building and improving GTM systems.
• Strong analytical instincts and data focus.
• Autonomous, proactive, and good documentation.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot administration and platform ownership across hubs and reporting.
• Own GTM stack end-to-end: integrations, data flows, system health.
• Design scalable processes turning business needs into tech solutions.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues and translate tech to business impact.
