Tines is seeking a remote GTM systems owner to manage DealHub and Salesforce configurations, shaping pricing, catalog and quote flows. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Legal to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

You will drive platform roadmap, oversee external partners, and ensure data quality and compliant processes across the GTM stack. A strong focus on collaboration and mentoring others is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience leading GTM and revenue systems in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to design scalable solutions from ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own DealHub configuration, catalog, pricing rules and Salesforce integration.
• Define platform roadmap with senior teammates and enable scalable changes.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, review work, and ensure quality.
• Set governance, testing standards, and data-quality rules for GTM systems.
• Maintain Salesforce config and adjacent GT M tools in scope.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to translate needs into specs.
• Create delivery standards and mentor junior analysts.
