Tines is seeking a GTM Systems Specialist to own DealHub configuration, Salesforce integration, and the broader quote-to-cash stack. You will translate business strategy into sequenced builds, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, and drive governance and data quality across the GTM tech stack.

You will partner with implementation vendors, define standards, and help scale the revenue platform in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on DealHub administration experience: catalog, pricing, rules, templates, CRM integration.
• Strong Salesforce administration fluency: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports/dashboards.
• Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash processes: quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, downstream handoffs.
• Demonstrated solution design: turning ambiguous business problems into scalable specs.
• Experience scoping/managing external implementation partners or contractors.
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders and aligning across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Clear technical and non-technical communication with a service mindset towards users

• Own DealHub build-out, configuration and day-to-day admin.
• Contribute to platform roadmap and design decisions to keep it extensible.
• Support implementation partners: scope work, review builds, ensure quality and timelines.
• Set standards: intake, sandbox, release, testing, documentation, data-quality rules.
• Own the wider GTM stack: Salesforce config and adjacent GTM tools.
• Run requirements discovery with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal; translate needs into specs.
• Maintain documentation and delivery standards for GTM Systems; mentor junior analysts.
