Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams.
• Experience at a growth-stage company is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable prioritizing in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead comp planning and goal-setting in partnership with teams.
• Diagnose performance gaps and build actionable dashboards.
• Serve as primary Salesforce admin and manage GTM tools.
• Build standard processes and guidelines for AI usage.
