Recruiter Concierge seeks a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to design the operating system powering growth. You’ll collaborate with founders to build scalable AI-driven processes from day one, turning strategic insight into measurable revenue improvements.

You will own the end-to-end GTM motion, streamline workflows, and develop analytics that drive decisions across customers and revenue, with equity and a world-class benefits package in a venture-backed setting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Experience solving complex business problems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the end-to-end go-to-market motion.
• Build scalable workflows that improve pipeline generation and sales execution.
• Create AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and increase seller productivity.
• Improve lead routing, segmentation, and customer targeting.
• Develop reporting and analytics that transform data into actionable business decisions.
• Build a single source of truth across customers, opportunities, and revenue.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and commercial outcomes.
