Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring an individual contributor Lead to own go-to-market operations for a product line, turning high-level inputs into executable plans for field teams and pricing operations.

You’ll segment customers, manage pricing eligibility, and build scalable playbooks. You’ll partner with Product, Legal, Risk, Pricing, and PMM to design rollout strategies, roadmap execution, and enablement tools for the sales force.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations.
• Experience owning a go-to-market motion end to end.
• Ability to translate product/pricing inputs into executable field plans.
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Legal, Sales, Analytics, or Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams and pricing operations.
• Translate inputs from Product, Legal, Risk and Pricing into executable processes.
• Manage the AI contract dashboard for field teams to assess pricing eligibility.
• Build tools and playbooks for strategic initiatives, including renewal planning and pricing standardization.
• Communicate across exec, customer value, and field-facing analyses.
• Synthesize field feedback into cross-functional recommendations.
• Analyze launch performance and flag risks early.
