Proficient in CRM systems, data visualization, and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale GTM Strategy & Operations and GTM Analytics teams.
Own forecasting processes, monthly/quarterly reviews, and executive reporting.
Drive territory design, headcount planning, quota setting, and target allocation.
Establish central reporting frameworks and executive dashboards for GTM.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to solve operational challenges.
Develop GTM KPIs and reporting standards aligned with company goals.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM efficiency and automation.
Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on market opportunities and pricing.
