Job summary

Confido Health, Inc. seeks a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst to collaborate with sales and leadership on market presence and key deals.

You will turn prospect, industry, and product insights into compelling collateral, ROI analyses, and strategic narratives designed to win against competition. You’ll own cross-functional work across strategy, analysis, and execution, supporting Confido’s largest opportunities and driving repeatable GTM processes for scaling impact.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in analytical environments such as IB/consulting/ PE or growth strategy.
• Exceptional analytical skills with quick business/problem understanding.
• Strong presentation-building skills and executive-ready communication.
• Excellent written communication and concise storytelling.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Comfort using ROI and financial impact analyses to inform decisions.
• Curiosity about why customers buy and how tech creates value.
• Able to move fast between analysis and execution in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Support deal strategy and positioning with Account Executives for strategic wins.
• Create high-quality collateral: presentations, summaries, narratives, and ROI materials.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses to quantify impact for change.
• Develop product positioning narratives for different buyers/use cases.
• Research competitors and options to differentiate Confido's story.
• Prepare strategic account perspectives before key meetings.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM to package new capabilities for market.
• Create repeatable GTM frameworks and templates for scale.
