Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner for the AMER Enterprise Tech org. You will collaborate with sales leadership to shape segment strategy, drive operational efficiency, and lead strategic initiatives that accelerate growth across the AMER enterprise market.

You will analyze performance metrics, build dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to evolve sales motions and reporting, influencing executive decisions and long-term GTM success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, management consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL or R to query, model, and visualize data at scale.
• Mastery of spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel) for data modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights and executive narratives.
• Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Proven executive stakeholder management skills with C-suite exposure.
• Ability to cut through noise and present clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Track record of driving high-growth sales organizations.
