Cloudflare in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior GTM Analytics Manager to set and execute the vision for scalable analytics across go-to-market teams. Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or GTM/Services operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Direct experience supporting Pre- or Post-Sales Operations, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
• Deep data modeling expertise, including dimensional modeling, entity design, and metric layer design.
• Expert SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, or a semantic/metrics layer (e.g., LookML, Cube).
• Strong working knowledge of GTM and services systems data, such as Salesforce and product usage/telemetry.
• Clear view on how AI changes analytics, including semantic layers and agent-based access to governed data.
• Track record of defining and rolling out source-of-truth metrics across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Define a multi-year strategy for Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, FDE, and Professional Services data use.
• Act as a thought leader on scaling information in an AI-first world with semantic layers and context.
• Review and consolidate dashboards, retire duplicates, and move toward a single source of truth.
• Define, document, and carry out official metrics for supported teams.
• Keep metric definitions aligned with Finance and Data, resolving conflicts with clear logic.
• Partner with central Data team for stakeholders you support.
• Influence and review data models across systems like Salesforce, telemetry, and finance.
• Design how people get answers: self-serve access, natural-language querying, AI-assisted insights.
• Set up governance for new metric/data requests including prioritization and change management.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales, Solutions Engineering, FDE, Professional Services, Customer Success and Finance.
• Explain complex technical ideas clearly to executives so they can decide.
