Cloudflare in the United States is seeking a senior leader to shape how we measure, plan, and grow Consumption across GTM. You will align Pricing, Finance, Product and Sales leadership, define the roadmap, and enable the field with enablement and onboarding.

This role emphasizes AI-driven analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. You will drive scalable processes and empower teams to achieve ambitious growth metrics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, or revenue operations.
• Experience launching new metrics and tools for large sales org.
• Planning depth in territory design, quota setting, capacity planning.
• Experience drafting sales policy incl. account ownership and crediting.
• Understanding usage-based business and PAYGO vs subscriptions.
• Ability to align senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, Developer, and Pricing.
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily work.

Responsabilités

• Define the Consumption metric and roadmap with executives.
• Set the central methodology for Consumption targets and connect to capacity planning and hiring ramps.
• Draft and enforce Consumption policy across geos and crediting rules.
• Prepare the field with go-live readiness and enablement programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional cadence and report program health clearly.
• Lead AI-enabled reporting and analysis for ongoing improvements after launch.
• Prioritize the Data and Operations Specialist duties and use AI agents for automation.
