Block is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations in the United States to partner with sales, finance, analytics, and product teams. You will shape how the GTM organization is structured, prioritized, and scaled, translating company priorities into actionable strategy and executive narratives.

You will own cross-functional programs end-to-end, define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive AI-native process innovations that raise sales productivity while aligning investment with revenue

Qualifications

8+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
Proven track record leading global cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Executive-level influence through structured analysis and clear narratives.

Responsibilities
