Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior GTM Consultant for its ZI Labs practice to guide premier enterprise engagements from scoping to delivery. You will partner with Sales, drive pre-sales success, and lead multi-phase transformations across revenue operations and GTM strategy.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX, RevOps, and Sales leadership, and contribute to scalable advisory methodologies and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in professional services, management consulting, revenue ops, or GTM advisory in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pre-sales subject matter expert and strategic partner to Sales, participating in scoping calls and enterprise SOW creation to drive bookings.
• Lead high-visibility, complex, multi-phase enterprise engagements from assessment to architecture and enablement.
• Design and deliver GTM frameworks, playbooks, and measurement models translating business requirements into revenue operations.
• Architect GTM solutions involving data strategy, CRM integrations, workflow automation, segmentation, and territory design.
• Conduct strategic assessments to identify capability gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Act as executive sponsor and trusted advisor with governance and delivery quality.
• Facilitate workshops and C-suite alignment to drive decision-making and maintain momentum.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within active accounts and collaborate with account teams for renewal and growth.
