Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior GTM Consultant within ZI Labs to lead high-value enterprise engagements, partner with Sales on scoping, architecture, and executive-level delivery, and drive transformative revenue operations initiatives.

You will mentor junior consultants, design advanced GTM frameworks, align cross-functional teams, and champion service delivery excellence across Product, Engineering, CX, RevOps, and Sales to secure renewal and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5-7+ years in professional services, management consulting, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience leading complex, multi-phase enterprise engagements and pre-sales discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value enterprise engagements from strategic assessment to solution architecture and executive enablement.
• Design and deliver advanced GTM frameworks and quantitative models for revenue operations improvements.
• Consult on GTM solutions including data strategy, multi-CRM integrations, workflow automation, audience segmentation, and territory design.
• Act as executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring governance and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate executive workshops and drive stakeholder alignment to secure renewals and growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with product, engineering, CX, RevOps, and sales leadership to drive solution feasibility and delivery excellence.
