Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce-focused experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations.
• SFDC certifications.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Sales/Service Cloud, and Flows.
• Strong client-facing communication with executives.
• Blend of technical, strategic, and process-oriented thinking, not an IT admin mindset.
• Curious and committed to ongoing learning, especially around AI tools and emerging tech.
• Self-starter with grit, ownership, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Based in the U.S. and available during standard business hours; CO residents strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Translate GTM strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related tools—implementing Flows, integrations, and automations that drive clarity and efficiency.
• Client Partnership: Lead client-facing conversations with C-level executives and RevOps teams, delivering actionable insights, technical recommendations, and thoughtful pushback when needed.
• Optimize & Own: Continuously refine systems, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality data, reporting, and alignment across client tech stacks like SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and Marketo.
