Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a GTM RevOps Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for the Sales tool portfolio, coordinate vendor and partner activities, and drive enablement across multiple teams. You’ll own plans, maintain dashboards, and ensure successful adoption of new tools in a fast-moving environment.

You will partner with the Salesforce lead and cross-functional teams while contributing to our AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally supporting a go-to-market, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems function.
• Exceptional organizational skills; you are the single source of truth on status.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Presentations, and Documents; able to analyze data with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong interpersonal skills; you can earn trust across multiple teams and push for decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to produce concise updates and training docs.
• Hands-on and self-directed; comfortable building new processes where none exist.
• Vendor management experience; track external vendors through full delivery cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain RevOps project plans across the portfolio and keep them current.
• Run the operating cadence, standups, and weekly reviews.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage go/no-go criteria.
• Own cutover, launch, and communication for new tools and adoption.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and systems integrators.
