Job summary

Digital Asset is hiring a GTM Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of Revenue Operations. You will own the RevOps project plan, manage vendor/tool implementations, and create training materials to enable Sales and other teams.

The role requires strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will work with Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT, and partner with the Salesforce Technical

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally supporting a go-to-market, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems function.
• Exceptional organizational skills; acts as single source of truth on status.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, presentations, and documents; data analysis and pivot tables.
• Strong interpersonal skills to earn trust across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to build enablement and training content.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project plans across the RevOps portfolio with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
• Run the operating cadence of the function including standups and weekly workstream reviews.
• Coordinate vendor tool implementations and coordinate with the Salesforce Technical Lead.
• Gather business requirements and translate into clear specifications for implementation partners.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and systems integrators; track deliverables and renewals.
• Build training materials and maintain the RevOps knowledge base; drive adoption and onboarding.
