Job summary

OneSpan Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Business Applications Manager to wire the GTM tech stack, automate data flows, and build enablement programs that empower the sales force.

You will own end-to-end configuration across Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo and related tools, drive integrations, build admin runbooks, and partner with IT to shape the system roadmap and improve process efficiency across the revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations or GTM Systems.
• Deep Salesforce administration and architecture experience.
• Experience integrating GTM tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator).
• Experience building knowledge bases or enablement content; SharePoint a plus.
• Strong written communication for technical docs and training.
• Advanced Excel for structured data; not for exec reporting.
• Ability to work in ambiguity with strong ownership.
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM stack configuration and integrations.
• Lead tool implementations, including API health monitoring.
• Recommend Salesforce data model changes and deduplication rules.
• Maintain tech stack docs and admin runbooks.
• Manage GTM vendor relationships and renewal decisions.
• Collaborate with IT/Engineering on system design for processes.
• Own RevOps support queue and onboarding ramp for new hires.
• Develop and maintain lead-to-cash process documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
