Job summary

Ramp is building a talented business systems team to support growth. You will work cross-functionally with Post Sales, GTM, and Quote-to-Cash to deliver mission-critical systems projects, architect end-to-end solutions, and automate key processes across the organization.

You’ll own system builds, write clear specs, and document integrations while leveraging Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Chili Piper, and Workato to accelerate Ramp’s revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience.
• Mastery of Salesforce and GTM automation tools (LeanData, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Workato, Looker alternatives).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and automate workflows with AI.
• Structured thinker who distills complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Get-things-done mentality with ability to drive solutions autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Administer go-to-market business systems with Salesforce and tools.
• Enhance existing systems and build new features for Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions teams.
• Analyze business requirements and write specs for end-to-end system builds.
• Document system builds and integrations clearly.
