Job summary

Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI go-to-market operations and is hiring an early GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations hire. You will collaborate with the CRO, Head of Revenue Operations, Finance, field leadership, and Central Ops to design and scale our GTM motions as we formalize our playbook.

You’ll refine pipeline generation models, build territory coverage analyses, and shape segmentation and ICP decisions to drive predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• GTM Planning, Target Setting
• Contribute to annual/quarterly GTM planning with Finance, including headcount modeling, ramp assumptions, and revenue target-setting
• Build and maintain coverage models aligned to 2-year growth projections, incorporating territory design, account segmentation, and capacity planning
• Support quota framework development, translating top-down targets into credible field plans
• Develop Baseten's segmentation logic: market by industry, company profile, consumption potential, and AI maturity
• Contribute a point of view on competitive dynamics, regional expansion priorities, and whitespace opportunities
• Translate data into a clear business narrative for leadership and the field; democratize insights so revenue org can self-serve
