Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own the systems, data pipelines, and analytics that connect marketing, sales, and customer success into one measurable funnel. You will maintain and optimize the go-to-market stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, BI), build reliable reporting on pipeline health and forecast, and translate operational friction into process and tooling changes.

Qualifications

3–6 years in revenue or sales operations or analytics-heavy roles.
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Strong SQL skills and ability to derive insights from CRM/product data.
Experience with GTM tools (HubSpot/Marketo/Outreach) and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain pipeline, forecast, and rep-productivity dashboards in Looker or Tableau.
Administer and optimize Salesforce objects, validation rules, flows, and permission sets.
Own data hygiene across lead-to-revenue systems and enrichment workflows.
Partner with Finance on bookings, quota attainment, and commission reporting.
Document sales processes and drive adoption with sales leadership.
Evaluate and administer GTM tools including onboarding and licensing.
Surface insights and risks to leadership through reviews.
