Job summary

Ollama is seeking an engineer to power go-to-market systems and automation. This hybrid role connects product, sales, and customer engineering, focusing on instrumenting the sales funnel, mapping product-usage signals to revenue, and building internal tools to map customer use cases.

You’ll partner with sales, customer engineering, product, and PMM to move fast and ship data-driven improvements, even in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Engineer with focus on revenue or GTM-builder who can code.
• Built internal tools, data pipelines, or revenue growth systems.
• Strong full-stack and data skills.
• Think in funnels, experiments, and measurement.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and ship fast.

Responsibilities

• Instrument the customer funnel from first local install to cloud, team, and enterprise.
• Wire CRM, product analytics, billing, and communication tools into a coherent GTM stack.
• Build internal tools and workflows that let GTM move fast with a small team.
• Run experiments on funnel conversion and decide with data.
• Partner with sales, customer engineering, product, and PMM.
