Job summary

Flow Engineering is hiring for a Revenue Operations / GTM Systems role. You will own the systems behind how we find, win, and grow enterprise customers in aerospace, defense, automotive, and adjacent industries.

The role sits between sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership, driving automation and reliable data across the GTM stack. You will build dashboards, improve forecasting accuracy, and design scalable data models while partnering with sellers to reduce friction in deals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue operations or GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience administering a CRM and automations.
• Ability to code or scripts to connect systems and move data.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and analytics tools, and the integrations that connect them.
• Build automated workflows for prospecting, lead routing, enrichment, and account research.
• Design and maintain pipeline structure and data model for forecasting and reporting.
• Build dashboards and reporting on pipeline health, conversion, and sales cycle.
• Partner with sales and customer success to identify friction and drive tooling changes.
• Support territory and account segmentation, quota, and capacity modelling as the team grows.
• Keep data clean and consistent across systems with deduplication and clear ownership.
