Job summary

Fragment in San Francisco is seeking a strategic operator to own GTM recruiting. You’ll design systems to attract top enterprise sellers, deployments and other customer-facing roles while executing sourcing flawlessly. You’ll partner with leadership and founders and own end-to-end hiring in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll map enterprise AEs with seven-figure deals, build deployment strategist pipelines, and convert passive candidates quickly. This is a high-impact, high-speed, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth company with emphasis on sales, deployments and customer-facing roles.
• Experience building GTM pipelines and sourcing top talent directly, not only managing requisitions.
• Proven ability to move quickly and manage multiple searches with proactive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM hiring strategy and processes at Fragment, shaping how we attract top operators.
• Map enterprise AEs with seven-figure deals and build pipelines of deployment strategists.
• Execute sourcing and recruiting flawlessly, moving passive candidates to offers quickly.
• Partner closely with leadership and founders to influence how we hire at scale.
