Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring multiple Recruiters to support both tech and non-technical hiring for a large Fortune 500 company in Seattle. The role emphasizes sourcing and top-of-funnel activities with access to advanced internal AI tools, working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will partner with peers and hiring managers, focusing on passive candidate recruitment and niche roles, while meeting weekly and monthly targets and contributing to high-impact hiring across diverse job families.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical recruiting.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates with a focus on passive talent and niche roles.
• Experience in corporate or agency recruiting environments.
• Bachelor's degree (BA).
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and tracking recruiting metrics.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with weekly/monthly targets.
• Comfort with data-oriented work, using metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for a wide range of roles, including non-technical positions and niche tech roles.
• Focus on top-of-the-funnel recruiting activities and proactive candidate outreach.
• Conduct phone screens to assess fit and readiness for next steps.
• Coordinate assessments and business phone screens for candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and assessments with clear expectations.
• Generate and maintain recruiting reports and metrics to track progress against targets.
• Collaborate with recruiting peers to share insights and align on priorities.
• Interact with recruiting management to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
• Deliver a high volume of qualified candidates within tight timelines.
