Experis Technology Group, a leading cloud technology organization, is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Seattle, WA. This 100% onsite role supports GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience.

You will leverage multiple sourcing methods, build talent pipelines, and drive programs such as referrals and networking events to strengthen the talent funnel while partnering with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting in GTM/Technical space.
• Experience managing multiple searches within deadlines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and tech roles.
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with candidate experience focus.
• Ability to set benchmarks and monitor SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process across GTM, Tech, and Solutions Architecture.
• Support recruitment within GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture.
• Leverage sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn, HIRE ATS) to engage top talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and pipelines.
• Build long-term candidate networks and messaging best practices.
• Run recruiting programs like referrals, networking events, and conferences.

As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Go-to-Market recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Own the Full-cycle recruitment process
• Support the recruitment within GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture
• Leverage multiple sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Build long-term candidate networks and influence best practices around job descriptions and messaging.
• Own recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to strengthen the talent pipeline.

What's Needed?

• 5 years of Corporate Full-Cycle Recruiting within a GTM and Technical space
• Experience managing, prioritizing, and fulfilling multiple job searches within set timelines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and achieve SLAs effectively.
