Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Business Development / GTM Recruiter II in Seattle, WA for an 11-month contract onsite. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging top talent for complex roles, with a salary range of $40-45/hr and benefits; schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility.

You will partner with hiring managers to fulfill requisitions, develop sourcing strategies, and drive programs to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience with corporate staffing and executive-level placements.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent for complex requisitions using LinkedIn, HIRE ATS and other methods.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor pipelines.
• Build long-term candidate networks and optimize job descriptions and messaging.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill requisitions efficiently.
• Own and support recruiting programs such as referrals, networking events, and conferences.
