Experis is hiring a Recruiter to strengthen Go-to-Market hiring from within the Talent Acquisition team. This 100% onsite role is based in Seattle, WA, where you will manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM and technical space.
• Experience managing, prioritizing, and fulfilling multiple job searches within set timelines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture hiring needs.
• Support recruiting efforts across GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture.
• Leverage sourcing approaches, including LinkedIn and HIRE ATS, to identify and engage top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and track pipelines and market trends.
• Build long-term candidate networks and contribute to best practices for job descriptions and messaging.
• Own recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement.
