Job summary

Aston Carter in Seattle, WA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting activities, manage interview logistics, maintain candidate records, and foster strong candidate relationships. You will be the first impression for many candidates and work closely with internal stakeholders and external applicants.

The role is 100% onsite, contract-based, and requires at least 1 year of recruiting/coordinator experience plus strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
• Experience in office or administrative work, including managing schedules and appointments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information and scheduling tasks.
• Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition activities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring teams.
• Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.
• Support onboarding by capturing all details correctly.
• Provide timely follow-up to candidates via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and report on pipeline progress.
• Coordinate post-interview debriefs and materials.
• Suggest improvements to candidate experience and scheduling.
• Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities.
