Swoon is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support our high-growth Sales organization. This high-volume, fast-paced role requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity and can manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

The position is HYBRID (3 days in-office) with option to extend the contract or convert to full-time. Openings are 7, pay is $48/hr on W2, with 9–5 hours, for an initial 6-month term and background verifications included.

Qualifications

• 6+ years recruiting experience in agency and/or in-house with a fast-paced Sales or GTM environment.
• In-office availability to work from local office 3 days a week.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fluid corporate landscape.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced techniques.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and ability to articulate value proposition.
• Strong communication skills to cold-call, build relationships, and influence senior hiring managers.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google tools.
• Tenure and stability in prior roles.
