Parallel is seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for sales and marketing amid fast growth. You will partner with founders to scope roles, design interview loops, and calibrate success metrics.

You will drive proactive sourcing and outbound, move candidates quickly through the pipeline, and close high-conviction offers with confidence. This role is based in-person across our Palo Alto HQ and San Francisco office, where you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to move

Qualifikationen

• Experience running full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
• Experience hiring for sales and marketing roles and tailoring interview loops.
• Ability to craft outbound messages that elicit responses from passive candidates.
• Ability to close candidates who have multiple competing offers.
• Strong collaboration with other recruiters on shared priorities and fast-paced environments.
