Parallel is a web infrastructure company with in-person teams in Palo Alto and San Francisco. You will own full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing, partnering with founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and close high-conviction offers.

You’ll drive sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, coordinate with other recruiters, and move fast to maintain momentum as the company scales. We value candidates who have run end-to-end recruiting in fast-growing environments, can tailor outreach

Qualifications

• Has run full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
• Writes outbound outreach that elicits responses from passive candidates.
• Able to close candidates who have multiple offers and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing at Parallel.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role scope and interview loops.
• Calibrate what “great” looks like for each role and improve scorecards.
