Job summary

Basis is seeking a GTM Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will own end-to-end searches, build robust pipelines, and move fast in a high-growth environment.

You will work closely with the GTM teams and contribute to shaping Basis’s hiring processes as the company scales, with an emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration. This is a full-time, in-office NYC role.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and storytelling about the company.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from kickoff to close, including intake, sourcing, candidate management, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate expectations.
• Build strong candidate pipelines using research, outbound, and referrals.
• Maintain candidate experience with clear, timely communication and feedback.
• Help shape scalable hiring processes as the company grows.
