Job summary

Juicebox App, Inc. in San Francisco is hiring a Go-To-Market Recruiter to shape how we recruit for GTM roles. You’ll lead external presence, build community, and optimize candidate experience for AI SaaS hiring in a fast-growing environment.

You will be a visible leader in the recruiting community, working in-office five days a week and partnering with startups from Seed to Series B to scale our recruiting footprint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong personal brand in the recruiting community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Care about quality and candidate experience.
• Experience with early-stage startups or high-growth companies.
• Familiar with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets.
• Enjoy writing or speaking about hiring or the future of work.

Responsibilities
