AssemblyAI, Inc. is seeking a GTM Recruiter to scale hiring for Account Executives, Customer Success, and Marketing roles worldwide. You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM roles, sourcing proactively with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox, and using AI to speed hiring.

You’ll collaborate with GTM leadership to align profiles, run interview loops in Greenhouse, and manage offers from start to finish. The role emphasizes fast, human, and data-driven hiring at scale.

Competenze

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with GTM focus.
Experience hiring 25+ GTM hires per year.
Proven ability to source and close top talent.
Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox.
Comfort using AI tools to speed hiring processes.

Mansioni

Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 GTM roles at a time.
Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, communities and events.
Use AI tools to accelerate market research and outreach.
Run Zoom screens and provide decision-ready feedback.
Partner with managers to calibrate profiles and manage interview loops in Greenhouse.
Manage offers end to end, including OTE and commissions.
Keep Greenhouse updated to ensure accurate funnel data.
Deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience.
