Job summary

Perplexity is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to partner with our GTM leadership and drive a best-in-class hiring experience across the go-to-market org. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, and sales leadership roles, while leveraging AI-enabled sourcing to surface top talent at scale.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, craft compelling storytelling about Perplexity's mission, and close offers in a fast-paced startup environment with high growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with enterprise sales hiring.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Go-to recruiter for a sales leader with trusted hires.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance sourcing or engagement.
• Fluency with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting in support of Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, and GTM roles.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers as talent advisor through weekly syncs and pipeline reviews.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools.
• Articulate Perplexity's mission and trajectory to win candidates amid offers.
• Negotiate and close with precision in a competitive market.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes with AI to speed hiring decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and AI recruiting tools.
