You will own full-cycle recruiting for Head of Sales, Enterprise AEs, sales leadership, and adjacent GTM roles, delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup.

You bring 4+ years of GTM recruiting, success in a high-growth environment, mastery of AI-augmented sourcing, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• . 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• . Deep Enterprise Sales hiring experience.
• . Proficient with AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.
• . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• . Experience at a high-growth startup is preferred.

Responsibilities
