Encord is seeking a skilled recruiter to hire for sales and other commercial teams from start to finish in San Francisco. You will partner with leaders and the head of talent to build strong pipelines, conduct outreach, and run several searches concurrently.

You will read funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, provide clear, firm recommendations to hiring managers, and help shape hiring strategies as AI-driven platforms expand. Experience with full-cycle recruiting in tech or AI is preferred.

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience reading funnel metrics and advising hiring managers.
• Strong outreach and candidate relationship skills.
• Experience in AI/tech recruiting preferred.

This role covers hiring for sales and other commercial teams from start to finish, working closely with leaders and the head of talent. A strong candidate has a few years of full cycle recruiting, builds pipelines through direct outreach and networks, and is comfortable running several searches at once. They also read funnel numbers to spot where hiring slows down and give hiring managers clear, firm recommendations.
