Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in technical/consultative selling or account management.
• WXP Platform experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates deep understanding of products and explains features to customers.
• Provides technical expertise to identify clients, nurture leads, and drive revenue.
• Builds consultative client relationships by understanding business needs.
• Creates customized solutions or proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Manages sales pipelines across stages and identifies improvement areas.
• Applies sales/marketing techniques to engage potential clients.
• Retains and nurtures existing clients to grow recurring revenue.
• Focuses on growing contract renewals for mid-sized accounts.
• Guides juniors in sales techniques and closing deals.
