Job summary

HP is seeking a GTM Product Manager for the Workforce Experience Platform. The role focuses on understanding and promoting HP products, building consultative client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to drive revenue growth across the US.

You will support account managers with technical guidance, lead proposal development, and mentor junior team members while advancing strategies for renewals and expansion in mid-sized accounts.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years experience in technical or consultative selling, account management, or related field.
• WXP Platform, Workforce Experience Platform experience required.

Responsibilities

• Explain product features and benefits to customers with deep product understanding.
• Provide technical expertise to identify leads, nurture opportunities, and grow revenue.
• Build consultative client relationships by understanding each client’s business needs.
• Create customized proposals that align offerings with client objectives.
• Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and improve sales processes.
